当前宏观调控措施对经济健康发展带来了投资效率下降、经济增长对财政货币的惯性依赖等副作用。只有真正发挥市场经济的竞争机制和公有制本身的平滑产出功能,才有望实现经济的良性可持续增长。
The current macroeconomic control measures have the side effect of reducing the investment efficiency and relying on the inertia of the financial and monetary by the economic growth for the healthy economic development. Only by giving full play to the competitive mechanism of the market economy and the smooth output function of the public ownership itself can we expect to achieve a benign and sustainable economic growth.
