构建社区教育体系是建设学习型社会的根本途径,但若各地均从头开始操作必然带来巨量、长期和低水平的重复建设,造成严重浪费且效果有限。从必要性、所具优势、应有措施三方面分析,基于电大系统进行社区教育体系的构建,既能够使现有教育资源得到更充分的利用,满足建设节约型社会的要求;更可以形成远程教育和社区教育的条块结合,实现社区教育更好更快的发展;值得深入探讨。
To build a community education system is the fundamental way to build a learning society.
