通过对铝板在二辊冷轧机上各种工艺条件下所进行的轧制压力与中、边厚度差的测定实验,进一步阐明了板材产生的中、边差值与各因素的关系,并用计算式求出了轧辊的挠度值,与实测值基本吻合。以此,提出了增大辊系刚度和带温轧制这两项简单、易行的工艺措施,从而大大减少了中、边差,提高了轧制板材的质量。此外,本文还对设计辊型的抛物线方程式W_x=W[1-(2L_x/L)~2]作了修正。认为:W—不应代表辊身中部的总挠度,而应代表辊身中部与边缘的挠度差,否则,计算值与实测结果不符。
