苫小牧工厂是世界上最大规模的新闻纸造纸厂,日产量3100吨,占日本用纸量的30%。该厂从六十年代起,为了使排放废水符合标准,开始用燃烧法处理废水中的淤渣。1985年5月开始使用流动层锅炉发电的方式处理废物,取得了突出的成绩。流动层锅炉性能指标见表1,淤渣和树皮的性能情况见表2。流动层锅炉为自立型单简辐射自然循环式(强制循环并用),因为淤渣和树皮比煤的发热值低,而不用层内传热管。火炉为MBC(Maiu Bed cell)单独式。流动媒体用硅砂。
苫 Komaki Plant is the world’s largest newsprint paper mill with a daily output of 3,100 tons, accounting for 30% of Japanese paper consumption. Since the 1960s, the plant began to treat the sludge in wastewater by combustion method in order to meet the standard of discharged waste water. In May 1985, the mobile layer boiler was started to generate electricity and waste was processed. Outstanding achievements were achieved. Fluidized bed boiler performance indicators in Table 1, sludge and bark performance conditions in Table 2. The fluidized bed boiler is a self-standing, simple radiative natural circulation (forced circulation), since the sludge and bark are lower in calorific value than coal without the heat transfer tubes in the layers.
