改革开放以来,我国农业生产一直采用农户承包经营、村集体统一服务的双层经营制度。这种制度安排面对农业市场化程度的不断提高与实现规模经济的内在需要,越来越暴露出其在农村经济社会生活中的种种困局与不适应。纵观国外农业制度的演进与创新,加快农民合作组织发展,建立新型农业双层经营制度是一种必然选择,但问题在于我们又不能照搬照抄西方合作经济理论。因此,挖掘马克思恩格斯合作经济思想的合理内核与实现历史超越就显得尤为重要与迫切
Since the reform and opening up, China’s agricultural production has always adopted the double management system of contractual management of farmers and the unified service of village collectives.
