】对导叶采用直、弯曲叶片的300MW汽轮机末级的气动性能和级内三维流场进行了数值模拟和对比分析。计算中通过粘性力考虑损失,通过“混合平面”传递参数。计算结果表明,导叶弯曲抑制了栅内二次流的发展,减少了气动损失,动叶攻角情况有所改善,级负荷下降。
The aerodynamic performance and the three-dimensional flow field in the last stage of a 300MW steam turbine with straight and curved vanes were studied numerically and comparatively. The loss is accounted for by the viscous force in the calculation and passed through the “mixing plane”. The calculation results show that the guide vane bending restrains the development of the secondary flow in the grid, reduces the aerodynamic loss, improves the angle of attack of the rotor blade and reduces the grade load.
