30%噻虫 咯 霜灵FSC包衣对小麦种子萌发及生长发育的影响

为明确30%噻虫·咯·霜灵悬浮种衣剂包衣对小麦的安全性,采用砂床法考察了其对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:随30%噻虫·咯·霜灵悬浮种衣剂包衣剂量提高,泰山24、山农16和矮抗58的发芽势均显著降低。泰山24包衣剂量为400,800 g(有效成分用量,下同)处理、矮抗58和山农16包衣剂量为200,400,800 g处理的小麦发芽率均显著低于空白对照。包衣剂量200,400 g处理对泰山24的根长和株高影响不大,但其茎叶鲜重显著增加。包衣剂量400,800 g处理对矮抗58和山农16的根长、株高、根鲜重和茎叶鲜重均有显著的抑制作用,包衣剂量为200 g处理对矮抗58和山农16仅根鲜重和茎叶鲜重降低。 In order to clarify the safety of 30% thiabendazole · levulinate cream coating seed coating on wheat, the effects of thiamethoxam on wheat seed germination and seedling growth were investigated by sand bed method. The results showed that the germination potentials of Taishan 24, Shannong 16 and Dian 58 decreased significantly with the increase of the coating dose of 30% thiabendazole / SS. Taishan 24 coating dose of 400,800 g (the amount of active ingredient, the same below), the short anti-58 and Shannon 16 coating dose of 200,400,800 g germination rate of wheat were significantly lower than the blank control. The dosage of 200,400 g did not affect the root length and plant height of Taishan 24 significantly, but the fresh weight of stems and leaves significantly increased. The coating weight of 400,800 g significantly inhibited root length, plant height, root fresh weight, fresh weight of stem and leaf of Dian 58 and Shannong 16, and the coating dosage was 200 g. The root fresh weight and fresh weight of stems and leaves decreased.
