随着侧耳属菇类人工栽培的发展,对其营养成份的研究也越来越引起人们的兴趣。郑时利、付庭治、汪麟等的研究揭示了侧耳属某些种子买体的营养价值。但是,侧耳属子实体营养成份是否因栽培基质不同而有差异,尚未见研究报道。本文报道了几种不同栽培料对栽培最广泛的几种侧耳属菇类子实体营养成份影响的研究结果。
With the development of Pleurotus ostreatus artificial cultivation, the research on its nutritional components has also attracted more and more people’s interest. Zheng Shili, Fu Tingzhi, Wang Lin and other research revealed the Pleurotus some seed purchase nutritional value. However, there is no research report on whether the nutritional components of L. fructus have different cultivars. This paper reports the results of several studies on the effects of several different cultivars on the nutritional components of the most widely cultivated Pleurotus ostreatus populations.
