甘肃省平凉市西郊,依山旁水,绿荫环抱着一所电子工业科研机构,它就是电子工业部第四十五研究所。 这个研究所的前身即国营第七○一厂。一九六六年为支援大西北工业建设,由天津市来到平凉,在陇东的泥土里深深地扎下了根,为我国半导体集成电路生产的发展,为电子工业的崛起,默默地奉现出了自己的光和热。二十多年来,工作在这个所的干部、科技人员和工人,不畏困难,顽强拼搏,已将本所由一家电子专用设备试制工厂逐渐发展成为初具规模、多学科、多专业结合的半导体集成电路专用设备科研单位,成为我国仅有的两个半导体设备研究所之一。
