6月25日早9点,山西省血液中心流动采血车开进晋源区政府院内,来自晋源区10余家单位的百余名公务员参加了无偿献血。这次献血活动是晋源区政府坚决贯彻落实《太原市献血条例》,响应政府号召的自发行动。《太原市献血条例》在2014年8月29日太原市第十三届人大常委会第二十三次会议表决通过后,2015年1月1日正式实施。从去年开始,市政府、各区委区政府就开始陆续组织公务员献血,流动采血车也逐个上门采血,
