工会是我国政治管理构架中的一级重 要群众性组织,有着几千万的会员和庞大 的基层体系,无疑需要一个完善有效的组 织管理系统。工会组织工作的职能定位、职 能发挥和效率评估,也自然应该成为各级 工会主席和工会组织部长们思考和重视的 日常工作问题之一。组织管理工作是否脉 络清晰、数据完整、高效务实,是衡量一级 工会组织整体行政素质的指标之一,也是 工会能否真正在广大会员中树立威信的行 为要素之一。
Trade unions are an important mass organization in the political management framework of our country. With tens of millions of members and a huge grassroots system, they undoubtedly need a sound and effective system of organization and management. The functional orientation, function development and efficiency evaluation of trade union organizations should naturally become one of the daily work issues that are considered and valued by the trade union chairmen and trade union organizations at all levels. Whether the organization and management work is clear, data complete and efficient and pragmatic is one of the indicators to measure the overall administrative quality of the first-level trade union organizations and one of the key elements of whether the trade union can really establish prestige among its members.
