目的:研究Mg~(2+)在脑缺血早期对大脑皮质区神经元内一氧化氮合酶的影响,以进一步探讨Mg~(2+)保护缺血神经元的机理。方法:用电凝法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型,采用 NADPH—d 组织化学方法观察Mg~(2+)对脑缺血早期大脑皮质区神经元内一氧化氮合酶活性的影响。结果:脑缺血早期Mg~(2+)可抑制神经元内一氧化氮合酶活性的升高。结论:Mg~(2+)可通过抑制神经元内一氧化氮合酶活性升高,减少过量NO的生成,起到保护缺血神经元的作用。
AIM: To investigate the effect of Mg 2+ on nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in neurons of cerebral cortex in the early stage of cerebral ischemia, and to further explore the mechanism of Mg 2+ in protecting ischemic neurons. Methods: The model of middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats was established by electrocoagulation. The effect of Mg2 + on the activity of nitric oxide synthase in neurons of cerebral cortex was observed by NADPH-d histochemical method. Results: Mg ~ (2+) in early stage of cerebral ischemia could inhibit the activity of nitric oxide synthase in neurons. CONCLUSION: Mg 2+ can protect ischemic neurons by inhibiting the activity of nitric oxide synthase in neurons and reducing the production of excessive NO.
