患者,男,59岁,干部,住院号191153,因排尿不畅2年余,于1990年8月1日入院。无心悸、胸闷、心前区疼痛史。检查:BP14.3/10.9kPa,两肺正常。心界不大,心率82次/分,心律齐,无杂音。肝脾未触及。实验室检查:血常规:Hb130g/L,RBC4.39×10~(12)/L,WBC5.8×10~9/L,总胆固醇7.24mmol/L,甘油三脂2.5mmol/L,H-ch2.07mmol/L。心电图诊
Patients, male, 59 years old, cadre, hospital number 191153, admitted to hospital on August 1, 1990 due to poor urination more than 2 years. No heart palpitations, chest tightness, precordial pain history. Check: BP14.3 / 10.9kPa, both lungs normal. Heart, heart rate 82 beats / min, heart rate Qi, no noise. Liver and spleen not touched.
