目的研究采用β-环糊精(β-CD)选择性提取蒙药广枣中总黄酮(TFC)的新工艺。方法以β-CD为选择性材料,提取广枣中的TFC,测定TFC提取总量、浸膏量、浸膏中TFC含量及其溶出度,并与传统的醇提工艺、水提工艺进行比较。结果采用新工艺提取得到的TFC总量与醇提工艺接近,二者比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而且均显著高于水提工艺(P<0.01);新工艺得到的浸膏量远小于醇提与水提工艺,但前者浸膏中TFC含量远大于后两种提取工艺,新工艺与传统工艺比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论β-CD对广枣中TFC具有明显的选择性提取作用。新提取工艺有望替代目前应用广泛的醇提工艺。
Objective To study the new technology of selective extraction of total flavonoids (TFC) from Mongolian medicinal plants by β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). Methods The β-CD was used as a selective material to extract TFC from G. jujube, and the total amount of TFC, the amount of extract, the content of TFC in extract and the dissolution rate of TFC were determined. Compared with traditional alcohol extraction and water extraction . Results The total amount of TFC extracted by the new process was close to that of the alcohol extraction process, and there was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05), and both of them were significantly higher than that of the water extraction process (P <0.01) Far less than the alcohol extract and water extraction process, but the former extract TFC content is much larger than the latter two extraction process, the new process and the traditional process is very significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion β-CD has obvious selective extraction of TFC in jujube. The new extraction process is expected to replace the currently widely used alcohol extraction process.
