随着当前我国经济的不断发展和进步,城市化的不断进步,农民大多都开始走出农村,进入到城市中发展,在此背景之下,当农民走出农村后,农村中的空闲房屋就越来越多了,而对于空闲房屋的增多,在很大程度上会造成一定的民事纠纷等问题的发生。在农村中的房屋买卖不同与城市中的房屋买卖。本文我们就主要来看一下在农村进行房屋买卖过程中所存在的相关问题研究。
