二○一○年十二月二十七日,中国书法家协会第六次全国代表大会在北京人民大会堂隆重开幕。来自全国各省、自治区、直辖市和新疆生产建设兵团、解放军、中央国家机关等单位以及港澳地区的四百余名书法工作者代表参加会议,共商书法事业发展大计。中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中宣部部长刘云山出席开幕式并讲话,强调广大书法工作者要坚持为人民服务、为社会主义服务方向,贯彻百花齐放、百家争鸣方针,弘扬优秀文化传统,积极推进艺术创新,推出更多深受群众喜爱、充满艺术魅力的书法精品,努力书写时代发展和社会进步的新篇章。
On December 27, 2010, the Sixth National Congress of the Chinese Calligraphers Association was grandly opened in Beijing’s Great Hall of the People. More than 400 calligrapher representatives from various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, People’s Liberation Army and the Central Government, as well as Hong Kong and Maucao attended the conference to discuss plans for the development of the calligraphy business. Liu Yunshan, member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Propaganda Department, attended the opening ceremony and made a speech. He emphasized that the majority of calligraphists must adhere to serve the people and serve the cause of socialism, implement the policy of letting all flowers blossom and one hundred schools of thought contend, carry forward the fine cultural traditions, Actively promote the artistic innovation, introduce more popular by the masses, full of artistic charm of the calligraphy boutique, and strive to write a new chapter in the development of the times and social progress.
