随着事业单位人事分配制度的改革,几乎所有高等院校根据自己的办学理念和教育教学目标制定了相应的教职员工考核方案,作为教职员工职称晋升、津贴分配、年度评优的主要依据。为了体现考核的公平、公正、全面,并具有一定的导向性和满足特殊需要,各高校制定了繁简不一的考核指标体系。本文从某高等职业院校考核体系、结果出发用统计学的方法分析体系的科学性,并提出改进意见,以期达到考核的真正目的。
With the reform of the system of personnel distribution in public institutions, almost all colleges and universities have formulated corresponding assessment schemes for teaching staff based on their own educational philosophy and educational goals as the main basis for promotion of professional titles, distribution of allowances and evaluation of the year. In order to reflect the fairness, impartiality and comprehensiveness of assessment, and has certain guidance and special needs, colleges and universities have formulated different assessment index systems. This article from a higher vocational colleges examination system, the results of a statistical analysis of the starting point of the scientific system, and put forward suggestions to improve in order to achieve the true purpose of assessment.
