一氧化氮供体型药物具有优越的抗肿瘤作用,但多数小分子NO供体稳定性不高、适用范围窄、靶向性不强,而NO供体型药物传输系统能够避免这些问题的发生。本文综述了当前NO供体型药物传输系统的研究进展,概括了NO和抗癌药物协同治疗肿瘤的成果和特点,展望了NO供体型药物传输系统在抗肿瘤领域的未来发展前景。
Nitric oxide donor drugs have excellent anti-tumor effect, but most small molecule NO donors have low stability, narrow application range and poor targeting. NO donor drug delivery system can avoid these problems. This review summarizes the current research progress of NO donor drug delivery system and summarizes the results and characteristics of the synergistic treatment of NO and anticancer drugs. The future prospects of NO donor drug delivery system in the field of antitumor are also prospected.
