近年来,活塞式压缩空气装置的着火与爆炸问题,引起了人们广泛的注意,例如《压缩机技术》就发表过不少有关的文章。但对积炭形成与自燃的机理介绍不多,本文拟对这一问题作些阐述。 压缩空气装置的爆炸有许多原因:如压力大大超过许用值;严重锈蚀,壁厚减薄而强度降低;取材不符合使用要求,多年工作或振动而造成疲劳以及爆炸危险物(积炭)的形成与着火等。积炭着火与爆炸的情况比较复杂,而危险性又特别大,故成了当前研究的重点。
In recent years, the problem of ignition and explosion of piston-type compressed air devices has drawn people’s attention. For example, “Compressor Technology” has published many related articles. However, there is not much introduction on the mechanism of coke formation and spontaneous combustion. This article intends to elaborate on this issue. There are many reasons for the explosion of compressed air devices: if the pressure is much higher than the allowable value; serious corrosion, thinning the wall and reducing the strength; drawing does not meet the requirements, fatigue caused by years of work or vibration, and explosion of dangerous goods (coke) Formation and fire. The situation of coke fire and explosion is more complex, and the danger is particularly large, so it has become the focus of current research.
