为了贯彻素质教育的目标,考虑到学生个体之间的差异,巧妙的把分层五步教学法应用到排球普修课堂中,可以有效的提高学生对排球学习的兴趣,可以提高学生排球技战术水平,以及提高学生的独立思考与分析问题的能力。同时克服了单一教学方法所出现的弊端,也解决了传统教学模式中所出现的“吃不饱”与“吃不消”的现状。
