本文阐述单冲程水位调节原理,由液位检测,差压变送器、比例积分调节器及执行机构等组成一个闭环控制系统,控制锅炉汽包的液位。文中分析了输入量、蒸发量及汽包液位稳态值的微小改变之间的关系,建立传递函数;讨论比例积分调节器如何消除稳态误差的问题。最后介绍单冲程水位调节器在锅炉中应用的情况。
This article describes the single-stroke water level regulation principle, the level detection, differential pressure transmitter, proportional integral regulator and implementing agencies to form a closed-loop control system to control the level of the drum drum. In this paper, we analyze the relationship between input, evaporation and slight change of steady-state value of drum liquid level to establish transfer function and discuss how to eliminate steady-state error of proportional integral regulator. Finally, the single-stroke water level regulator in the boiler application situation.
