中国劳动力市场的发育在最近10年之中取得了很大发展。例如企业用人自主权的基本确立,职工自主择业空间的扩大;《劳动法》的颁布以及一系列有关调整劳动关系的法规、规章的制定;劳动力市场中介机构的发展等等。所有这些决定了劳动力市场在配置劳动力资源的过程中正发挥着越来越大的作用。但应该看到的是,中国的劳动力市场的转型并没有完成,劳动市场功能的发挥仍然具有很大的局限性,劳动力市场的发育和建设仍然面临着许多挑战。
The development of China's labor market has made great strides in the last 10 years. For example, the basic establishment of employers 'autonomy and the expansion of workers' independent career choice; the promulgation of “Labor Law” and a series of laws and regulations concerning the adjustment of labor relations; the development of labor market intermediaries; and so on. All this determines that the labor market is playing an increasingly greater role in the allocation of labor resources. However, it should be noted that the transformation of China's labor market has not been completed and the functions of the labor market still have great limitations. The development and construction of the labor market still face many challenges.
