以甜瓜‘WMR-29’抗病品系和感病品系‘伽师’(JS)、感病品系‘皇后’(HH)的回交群体BC1为试材,采用BSA和SSR分子标记辅助选择的方法,研究甜瓜‘WMR-29’品系对白粉病抗病基因的影响。结果表明:甜瓜‘WMR-29’品系对白粉病Podosphaera xanthii race 1的抗性受2个显性抗病基因控制,分别位于LGⅡ、LGXII连锁群上,并且找到与甜瓜抗白粉病基因紧密连锁的标记。
The backcrossing population BC1 of melon ’WMR-29’ resistant line and susceptible line ’Jiashi’ (JS) and susceptible line ’Queen’ (HH) were used as experimental materials. BSA and SSR molecular marker-assisted selection , To study the effects of melon ’WMR-29’ on the disease-resistance genes of powdery mildew. The results showed that the resistance of muskmelon ’WMR-29’ to powdery mildew Podosphaera xanthii race 1 was controlled by two dominant resistance genes, which were located on LG Ⅱ and LGXII linkage groups, respectively, and the resistance to powdery mildew was found in melon mark.
