四川省哲学学会会长、四川省领导科学研究会副会长、四川省社科联副主席、原中共四川省委党校副校长、教授康电,1927年12月生于四川省渠县,1946年8月加入中国共产党。建国初期,他先后担任区委书记、县农会主席和工会主任等职务。1955年2月起,一直在中共四川省委党校从事理论教学和科研工作。
President of Sichuan Philosophy Society, vice chairman of Sichuan Provincial Leadership Science Research Association, vice chairman of Sichuan Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, former vice president of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, professor of Kangdian, born in December 1927 in Qu County, Sichuan Province, 1946 August joined the Chinese Communist Party. In the early days of the founding of the PRC, he successively took the posts of secretary of the Party Committee, chairman of the county peasant association and head of the labor union. Since February 1955, he has been engaged in theoretical teaching and research at the Party School of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee.
