为設計出能达到指定性能的邏輯电路可以有几种探討方法。在本文所述的最坏情况的設計步驟中,是以保証电路正常功能的要求为出发点的。显然,可能实现的电路的整个区域都可滿足这些要求。从这些电路中,可比较容易选出能滿足进一步的和更特殊的要求的解答。本文提出了三个最坏情况的計算例子,一个是晶体管-晶体管邏輯电路、一个是二极管-晶体管邏輯电路、最后一个是一种新型电路,称之为射极跟随器晶体管邏輯电路。
There are several ways in which logic can be designed to achieve the specified performance. In the worst-case design steps described in this article, the normal function of the circuit is to ensure the normal requirements of the starting point. Obviously, the entire area of the circuit that is possible to fulfill these requirements. From these circuits, it is easier to choose answers that satisfy further and more specific requirements. This article presents three worst case calculations, one for transistor-transistor logic, one for diode-transistor logic and the last one for a new type of circuit, called the emitter-follower transistor logic.
