目的:对毛茛科乌头属植物小白撑根部的二萜生物碱成分进行研究。方法:运用硅胶,氧化铝,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过MS和NMR分析签定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到10个二萜生物碱,分别鉴定为:14-O-benzoyl-8-O-methylaconine(1),苯甲酰乌头碱(2),penduline(3),尼奥灵(4),附子灵(5),crassicaulidine(6),宾乌定甲(7),8-linolenbenzoylhypaconine(8),脂型去氧乌头碱(9),lipoaconitine(10)。结论:从小白撑中分离得到10个二萜生物碱,均为首次分离得到。
Objective: To study the composition of diterpene alkaloids in the root part of Aconitum officinale. Methods: Silica gel, alumina and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structure of the compounds was confirmed by MS and NMR. Results: Ten diterpene alkaloids were isolated and identified as 14-O-benzoyl-8-O-methylaconine (1), benzoyl aconitine (2), penduline (3) ), Aconitine (5), crassicaulidine (6), binuthine (7), 8-linolenbenzoylhypaconine (8), lipoxyaconine (9), lipoaconitine (10). CONCLUSION: Ten diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from young white prophase, all of them were isolated for the first time.
