面对中国制造2025,“三基”工程成为重中之重,热处理行业遇到了极大的挑战和机会。其中最大的挑战是热处理工程技术人才的匮乏。为此,我会决定举办热处理工艺技术及相关标准培训,聘请理论基础雄厚而且实践经验丰富的工程专家授课,为高校的青年教师储备工程经验创造机会,为热处理行业培养合格的工程技术人才,以促进行业技术进步,为企业创造效益,为装备制造业发展奠定基础。全国热处理学会决定于2017年6月在洛阳举办关键零部件热处理工艺技术培训班,现将有关事项通知如下:
