作者对12例缺牙者应用骨结合型种植体咬(牙合)重建后的咀嚼能力进行研究。男女各6例,年龄30~66岁。其中上颌4例,下颌5例,上下颌3例。一次植入手术9个月~3年11个月。平均2年7个月。调查骨结合型种植体安装部位,缺牙类型,对(牙合)牙状态,以及种植体基桩的种类。咀嚼能力测定方法,采用ATP颗粒添加剂5g咀嚼50次后吐出,烧杯回收,蒸馏水充分漱口后再回收,稀释2000ml,过滤,使用波长259um分光光度计测定吸光度。术前测定在种植体安装之前进行,术后测定则在安装约3个月后进行。结果:12例缺牙者中,全口无牙(牙合)2例,上颌和下颌无牙(牙合)各2例,上颌Kennedy第Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ类缺牙各1
The authors studied the masticatory ability of 12 cases with missing teeth after reconstructing bony occlusal implant. 6 males and 6 females, aged 30 to 66 years old. Including the maxillary in 4 cases, 5 cases of mandibular, upper and lower jaw in 3 cases. A surgery for 9 months to 3 years and 11 months. Average 2 years and 7 months. To investigate the location of the bone-type implant, the type of the missing tooth, the state of the occlusal tooth, and the type of implant piles. Chewing ability determination method, the use of ATP particles 5g chewing 50 times after the discharge, beaker recovery, distilled water full mouthwash and then recovered, diluted 2000ml, filtered, the absorbance was measured using a wavelength 259um spectrophotometer. Preoperative measurements were performed prior to implant placement and postoperative measurements were performed approximately 3 months after installation. Results: Among the 12 cases of missing teeth, there were 2 cases of complete toothless occlusion, 2 cases of maxillary and mandibular deciduous, 2 cases of maxillary Kennedy Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ
