对表面经过超声滚压处理后的Inconel718镍基合金做室温下的应力比r=-1的轴向高周疲劳试验。采用正交方法,从试验的角度分析超声滚压工艺参数(静压强P、进给量fv、转速n)对Inconel718镍基合金疲劳寿命的影响。在试验的基础上,将疲劳循环次数作为评价指标,综合运用极差、方差和回归分析等方法,对试验结果进行分析。结果表明:经过超声滚压后,工艺参数中静压强和进给量是显著性因素,对疲劳寿命具有决定性影响,贡献率分别为45%和28%;而转速的影响则为不显著因素,贡献率只有14%。疲劳循环次数y与因素静压强x_1、进给量x_2之间的关系可用y=3.38-0.42x_1+3.58x_2来描述。
The axial high-cycle fatigue test of the Inconel 718 nickel-base alloy subjected to ultrasonic rolling on the surface was performed at room temperature under a stress ratio r = -1. The influence of ultrasonic rolling process parameters (static pressure P, feed rate fv, rotation speed n) on the fatigue life of Inconel718 nickel-base alloy was analyzed by orthogonal test from the experimental point of view. Based on the test, the number of fatigue cycles was used as the evaluation index, and the test results were analyzed by comprehensively using methods such as range difference, variance and regression analysis. The results show that the static pressure and feed rate of the process parameters are significant factors after the ultrasonic rolling, which has a decisive influence on the fatigue life, with the contribution rates of 45% and 28%, respectively. However, the influence of rotational speed is not significant , The contribution rate is only 14%. The relationship between the number of fatigue cycles y and the static pressure x_1, the feed x_2 can be described by y = 3.38-0.42x_1 + 3.58x_2.
