目的探讨超声对卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析25例经手术及病理证实为卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的超声图像特征。结果囊内细光点回声显示率60%,囊肿位置改变为68%,双肿块显示率24%,盆腔积液为76%。结论上述超声图像特征对诊断卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转是可靠的客观依据。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonic on the torsion of ovarian tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of surgically and pathologically confirmed torsion of the ovarian tumor pedicle ultrasound image features. Results The intracapsular echogenicity showed 60% echogenicity, cyst location changed to 68%, double mass showed 24% and pelvic fluid was 76%. Conclusion The above characteristics of ultrasound images are reliable basis for diagnosis of torsion of ovarian tumors.
