本试验研究了不同土壤相对含水量(30%-100%)对金丝小枣盆栽幼树生长、叶片组织含水量、蒸腾强度、气孔扩散阻力的影响。初步确定适宜金丝小枣生长的土壤相对含水量为70%。结果还表明,土壤水分严重亏缺时,叶片组织含水量减少,叶片气孔扩散阻力明显增大,蒸腾强度显著降低。气孔扩散阻力与蒸腾强度呈负相关。但当土壤相对含水量在较高范围内(50-100%)变化时,对叶片组织含水量、蒸腾强度和气孔扩散阻力影响不大。
In this study, the effects of different soil relative water contents (30% -100%) on the growth, leaf water content, transpiration intensity and stomatal resistance of potted Ziziphus jujuba were studied. Preliminary determine the appropriate growth of jujube gold soil relative water content of 70%. The results also showed that when soil moisture was seriously deficient, the water content of leaf tissue decreased, the stomatal diffusion resistance of leaf increased obviously, and the transpiration intensity decreased significantly. Stomatal diffusion resistance and transpiration intensity was negatively correlated. However, when the relative water content of soil changed within a relatively high range (50-100%), there was little effect on leaf water content, transpiration strength and stomatal diffusion resistance.
