本文分别用血小板α_2受体和淋巴细胞β受体研究中枢神经和交感末梢突触前α_2受体和心肌β受体的功能状态。结果提示:中枢神经和交感末梢突触前α_2受体功能降低是心衰交感张力增高的原因之一;心肌β受体由于交感张力增高而向下调节,导致功能降低。
In this paper, the functional status of pre-synaptic alpha 2 receptor and beta -receptor in the central nervous system and sympathetic terminals were studied by platelet alpha 2 receptor and lymphocyte beta receptors, respectively. The results suggest that the decrease of presynaptic α_2 receptor function in the central nervous system and sympathetic terminals is one of the reasons for the increase of sympathetic tone in heart failure. The β receptor of myocardium down-regulates due to the increase of sympathetic tone, resulting in decreased function.
