随着市场经济体制不断改革,而现代企业制度也同样需要与时俱进,实现进一步发展。然而,制度转型并不一定会构建现代化的企业文化,相反还会使企业面临严峻的挑战。在企业内部,工作人员个人思想呈现出多元化的趋势,而且传统思想政治工作的方法实效性严重缺失,最关键的是企业领导层没有给予思想政治工作一定的重视。以上问题导致企业思政工作面临者挑战。要想更好地应对企业思政工作的问题,就一定要全面建设学习型组织,对思想政治工作理念以及方法进行定期地更新,在创新制度的同时构建长效机制,适当地增加投入力度,进一步推动企业思想政治工作的可持续发展。
