测定了250只(♂125,♀125)不同周龄Zmu:DHP豚鼠的主要脏器重量并计算出这些脏器的重量系数。结果表明:豚鼠的左肾和左肾上腺重量大于右肾和右肾上腺;脑、胸腺的重量系数随着周龄增加呈递减趋势;睾丸重量系数则呈递增趋势。
The weights of the major organs of 250 (♂125, ♀125) Zmu: DHP guinea pigs at different weeks of age were determined and the weight coefficients of these organs were calculated. The results showed that the weight of the left kidney and left adrenal gland of guinea pigs was greater than that of the right kidney and the right adrenal gland. The weight coefficients of brain and thymus decreased with the increasing of age, while the weight of testis showed an increasing trend.
