为了初步了解云南新引进红色沙梨品种彩云红在果实采后贮藏过程中品质的变化及其推广潜力,本研究采收4年生的彩云红果实,并以同园中的美人酥和满天红为对照,测定货架期30d内3个红梨品种的呼吸强度、果皮色泽、果肉硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和维生素C含量等指标的变化。结果表明,彩云红果实同美人酥和满天红一样耐贮藏,货架30d仍能保持较好的硬度和可溶性固形物;彩云红果实的酸度低,固酸比达到本园中美人酥和满天红的3.25与2.94倍,并且着色更好,维生素C含量相对较高。基于初步的贮藏特性及品质比较,确定彩云红具有很好的推广前景。
In order to understand the quality change and promotion potential of Caragana korshinskii, a newly introduced red sand pear cultivated in Yunnan during the postharvest storage period, this study collected 4-year-old Caoyunhong fruits, Control, the determination of shelf life of three red pear varieties respiratory intensity, peel color, pulp hardness, soluble solids, titratable acid and vitamin C content and other indicators of change. The results showed that the fruits of Caoyun red were as resistant to the crisp and sweet red as the beauty and the shelf life was 30 days, the hardness and soluble solids remained well. The acidity of Caoyunhong fruit was low, Red 3.25 and 2.94 times, and better coloring, vitamin C content is relatively high. Based on the preliminary comparison of storage characteristics and quality, it was confirmed that Caoyunhong has good promotion prospects.
