目的:该研究拟评价将英式教育运用于孕期教育,对降低剖宫产率及无指征剖宫产率的实用价值。方法:为2011年5月至10月在我院建卡的孕妇进行孕期教育的情况进行了登记,选取2012年1月~2012年6月在我院足月分娩、年龄在20-35岁之间、单胎头位的515例初产妇进行观察和统计,根据其参加的课程,分为参加一般孕教课程组和参加英式教课程组,另外,未参加课程的人员为未参加课程组,前瞻性追踪这三组人员2012年1-6月的分娩方式,将三组人员的剖宫产率及无指征剖宫产率进行比较。结果:参加英式教育课程组187人,剖宫产30人,占16.04%,其中,无指征剖宫产8人,占4.28%,无指征剖宫产占剖宫产比例为26.67%;参加一般教育课程组126人,剖宫产50人,占38.10%,其中无指征剖宫产22人,占17.46%,无指征剖宫产占剖宫产比例为44%;未参加教育课程组202人,剖宫产130人,占58.91%,其中无指征剖宫产79人,占39.11%,占剖宫产比例为60.77%。结论:英式教育课程能有效降低剖宫产率,尤其是无指征剖宫产。
PURPOSE: This study intended to evaluate the utility of English education in pregnancy education to reduce the rate of cesarean section and the rate of cesarean section without indications. Methods: Pregnancy for pregnant women in our hospital from May to October in 2011 was enrolled in this study. Results: 187 people participated in the British education curriculum group, cesarean section 30 people, accounting for 16.04%, of which 8 were not indicted cesarean section, accounting for 4.28%, cesarean section without indications accounted for 26.67% ; 126 people participated in the general education curriculum group, cesarean section 50 people, accounting for 38.10%, of which 22 were not indicted cesarean section, accounting for 17.46%, cesarean section accounted for no indication of the proportion of cesarean section was 44%; did not participate There were 202 courses in education and 130 cesarean sections, accounting for 58.91%. Among them, 79 were not indicated for cesarean section, accounting for 39.11%, accounting for 60.77% of the total. Conclusion: The British education program can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate, especially without indications of cesarean section.
