从危险性识别和危险性估计两方面进行了公路小桥涵水毁危险性评价,根据水毁危险度将公路小桥涵水毁危险性分为极严重危险、严重危险、中等危险和轻微危险4级;将小桥涵水毁易损性分为好、一般、较差和差4级,从完善性和自身稳定性两方面选取了小桥涵水毁易损性的评价指标,根据各评价指标的定量描述完成了小桥涵水毁易损性评价;从承灾体因素和致灾体因素两方面选取了公路小桥涵水毁综合稳定性的评价指标,通过影响因素叠加法建立了评价模型,通过专家调查法确定了各评价指标权重值,以G210宁陕段K144+300处涵洞为例对评价方法进行了实例验证。
