采用动态悬浮煅烧技术对非金属矿高岭岩、半软质高岭土和高岭土等非金属矿进行悬浮煅烧,以提高原料的化学活性。实验结果表明:由于煅烧机理和方式较传统的煅烧发生了根本的改变,所以,非金属矿粉体在该状态下,经数秒钟即可达到理想的化学活性。产品质量稳定、均匀,不会出现生烧和过烧现象。窑炉投资少、占地面积小、能耗低、自动化程度高,人员劳动强度低,是当前较为理想的煅烧方式。
Dynamic suspension calcination technology for non-metallic mineral kaolinite, semi-soft kaolin and kaolin and other non-metallic mineral suspension calcination to improve the chemical activity of raw materials. The experimental results show that due to the fundamental change of the calcination mechanism and method compared with the traditional calcination, the non-metallic mineral powder can reach the ideal chemical activity in a few seconds under the condition. Product quality is stable and uniform, there will be no burning and burning phenomenon. Small investment in furnace, small footprint, low energy consumption, high degree of automation, low labor intensity, is the current more ideal way of calcination.
