目的探讨马应龙痔疮膏在失禁性皮炎患者中的护理效果。方法将49例住院期间发生失禁性皮炎的患者随机分为观察组25例和对照组24例,对照组采用艾力克消毒后自然晾干法,观察组给予马应龙痔疮膏涂抹患处,5d后比较两组临床效果。结果观察组总有效率100%,且治愈率高,显著高于对照组总有效率79.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马应龙痔疮膏外用可以显著改善失禁性皮炎的临床症状,有效提高护理质量和患者的生活质量,加快患者康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of Ma Ying Long hemorrhoid cream in patients with incontinence. Methods A total of 49 patients with incontinence dermatitis during hospitalization were randomly divided into observation group (n = 25) and control group (n = 24). The control group was treated with icteric disinfection and natural air-drying method. Group clinical effect. Results The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group, and the cure rate was high, significantly higher than the control group, the total effective rate 79.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ma Ying-long hemorrhoids ointment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of incontinence, effectively improve the quality of care and patient quality of life, speed up the rehabilitation of patients.
