The China Civil Engineering Society organized and invited more than 100 experts and scholars in civil engineering to compile the “Guide to Civil Engineering in China” published by Science Press. The book has a total of more than 2.6 million words. Apart from the introduction, it has a total of 14 articles. The first civil engineering standard includes nine standards including engineering materials, engineering survey, engineering foundation and foundation, construction engineering, railway engineering and engineering disaster prevention. The second project materials and products include: cement and asphalt, metal materials, wood and stone, concrete and its products, wall materials, waterproof and fireproof materials.
