射频(RF)导管消融术是安全有效的,但有产生血栓栓塞并发症的危险.心内导管超声显像发现左房(LA)导管消融术治疗房颤(AF)10%以上存在LA血栓形成.使用长血管鞘、LA多点标测和消融导管等易诱发血栓栓塞并发症.该研究旨在评价抗凝强度和左房内自回声现象(SEC)减少AF肺静脉隔离术中LA血栓影响.
