一场突如其来的非典病魔,再一次向世人昭示了一个国家的公共卫生工作在国民经济和社会发展中的重要作用,一旦遇有突发性公共卫生事件,它不仅影响到经济的发展和社会的稳定,还关系到国家的形象、政府的信誉以及民众的生命安全和身体健康。在应对非典严峻挑战的同时,各级政府更要抓住这有利发展的良机,采取积极的对策,使我省的公共卫生工作再上一个新的台阶。为此,我建议,应从以下几个方面进行研究和改进。第一,建立完善的公共卫生管理体系,不断提高日常管理水平和处理突发性事件的能力。建立一个完善的公共卫生管理体系,使其纵向到底,横向协调,运转高效,既能较好地开展日常的公共卫生工作,又能应对突发的公共卫生事件,这是摆在各级政府面前的首要任务。这个管理体系应当包括:制定全省性的疾病控制和预防战略、公共卫生监测和预警、突发事件的应对、资源整合、执法、科学研究和实验、公众健康警报网络、公共卫生领域
The sudden SARS epidemic once again showed the world that the public health work of a country plays an important role in the national economy and social development.
