组织(成员)报复行为(以下简称组织报复行为)是组织成员在感知到不公平后对组织及其代表采取的惩罚性行为。组织报复行为的发生具有隐蔽性,往往难以发现,而它对组织可能造成的危害却是巨大的。本文对相关研究进行了比较全面的综述,论述了组织报复行为的内涵、产生原因、后果及其测量和防范,以期为该领域的深入研究提供有益的启示。
Organization (members) Retaliation (hereinafter referred to as organizational retaliation) is a punitive act by the members of the organization and its representatives after they perceive inequities. Organizational retaliation occurs hidden, often difficult to find, and its possible harm to the organization is enormous. This article has carried on a more comprehensive review of the related research, discusses the connotation, cause, consequence and measurement and prevention of the retaliatory behavior of the organization, with a view to provide useful enlightenment for the in-depth study in this field.
