本文应用YAG倍频激光器对鲤鱼原肠晚期胚进行照射,实验结果表明低能量激光照射鱼胚产生的生物学效是由激光的偏振效应引起的,激光照射能量提高,偏振效应随之增强;激光对不同时期鱼胚的影响不同,也与胚胎发育不同时期的敏感性不同有关。
In this paper, the YAG frequency laser was used to irradiate the carp salamander embryo. The experimental results show that the biological effect of the low-energy laser irradiation on the embryo is caused by the polarization effect of the laser. The laser irradiation energy increases and the polarization effect increases. Different effects on fish embryos in different periods, but also with different sensitivity of different stages of embryonic development related.
