实现林权抵押贷款法制化是进一步深化集体林权改革的必然要求,也是维护林权抵押相关主体权益的必然选择。文章认为将林权抵押纳入法制轨道是解决实践中林权抵押贷款诸多问题的治本之策。从林权内涵与外延阐释、林权抵押的合法性论证、林权抵押类型的法律评析以及林权抵押贷款法制化的要求与建议四个方面,展开对林权抵押贷款纳法制化的阐释,以期对进一步深化集体林权改革有所裨益。
