目的评价盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗智齿冠周炎的疗效。方法将92例智齿冠周炎患者随机分为综合治疗组和对照组,综合治疗组在常规治疗基础上,将盐酸米诺环素软膏注满盲袋,并嘱患者2小时内禁止漱口、进食。结果与结论口服药物与盲袋内注药相结合可以使患者的症状很快得到控制,可较快减轻患者的痛苦,缩短口服药物的疗程。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on pericoronitis of wisdom teeth. Methods Ninety-two patients with pericoronitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of routine treatment, the patients in the comprehensive treatment group were given blind injection of minocycline ointment, and the patients were advised not to rinse the mouth within 2 hours. Eat. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS The combination of oral drug and blind bag injection can quickly control the patient’s symptoms, relieve the patient’s pain quickly and shorten the course of oral medication.
