胎膜由绒毛膜和羊膜组成,胎膜可以分离出多种具有可塑性和免疫耐受的细胞,因而在再生医学和细胞治疗的临床应用中备受关注。胎膜是胎儿的附属组织,出生后成废弃物,所以容易获得,不需要侵袭性操作,而且它的应用不违背伦理道德。目前已经有很多关于胎膜干细胞的分离和特性的报道。现就目前这些细胞的分离方法和特性研究进行综述,为实验研究和临床应用提供指导。
The fetal membranes consist of chorion and amniotic membrane. The membranes can separate many cells with plasticity and immunological tolerance. Therefore, there are many concerns about the clinical application of regenerative medicine and cell therapy. Membrane fetal membranes are attached to the fetus, after birth into a waste, it is easy to get, does not require invasive operation, and its application is not contrary to ethics. There are many reports on the separation and characteristics of fetal membranes stem cells. Now on these cell isolation methods and characteristics of the study are reviewed for experimental research and clinical guidance.
