本刊讯工业和信息化部2011年7月11日发布公告,公布了2011年工业行业淘汰落后产能企业名单,共涉及18个行业的2 255家企业。其中,淘汰造纸819.6万t,涉及599家企业。2011年造纸行业淘汰落后产能的指标再次升级,几乎是2010年的两倍。2010年工业和信息化部要求造纸行业淘汰落后产能432万t,涉及279家造纸企业。
