[目的]为了掌握某市住宿场所集中空调通风系统的基础信息和卫生现状,从而为提高该市公共场所卫生监督量化分级的整体水平做好准备。[方法]根据2009年江苏省住宿业卫生监督量化分级评分表中有关中央空调通风系统方面的评查内容自行设计调研表,详细、客观地记录每家单位集中空调通风系统卫生状况并按《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》对其有关指标进行了检测。[结果]空调机房符合卫生要求的占66.7%(12/18);对冷却塔既清洗又消毒的占27.8(5/18),没有一家单位对集中空调通风系统风管进行清洗;集中空调通风系统评价合格的占55.5%(10/18);集中空调通风系统卫生档案管理的建档率为50%(9/18);通风管道的风管内表面积尘量合格率为52.8%(38/72);冷却水中嗜肺军团菌检出率近1/5。[结论]住宿场所集中空调系统的卫生状况令人担忧。
[Objective] In order to master the basic information and health status of central air-conditioning and ventilation system in the accommodation places of a certain city, the overall level of quantification and grading of health supervision in public places in this city is to be prepared. [Methods] Based on the assessment contents of the ventilation system of central air conditioning system in Jiangsu Provincial Health Surveillance and Quantification Scoring Table in 2009, self-designed questionnaire was designed to record the objectively and objectively the hygienic conditions of central air conditioning and ventilation system of each unit and press “Public Site centralized ventilation and ventilation system health norms ”on its relevant indicators were tested. [Results] Air conditioning room complied with hygiene requirements accounted for 66.7% (12/18); cooling tower both cleaning and disinfection accounted for 27.8 (5/18), no unit of the central air conditioning and ventilation duct cleaning; centralized air conditioning and ventilation 55.5% (10/18) were qualified as systematic evaluation; the archival filing rate of sanitary archives management of central air conditioning and ventilation system was 50% (9/18); the passing rate of dust on the inner surface of ventilation ducts was 52.8% (38/72 ); Legionella pneumophila in the cooling water detection rate of nearly 1/5. [Conclusion] The hygienic condition of central air conditioning systems in residential areas is worrying.
