应用颈阔肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损,国内已有报道。我科于1982年1月至1987年10月采用颈阔肌肌蒂皮瓣及肌瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤切除或外伤软组织缺损24例,取得了较好的外形和功能效果,现报道如下:
Application of platysma flap to repair oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects, has been reported in China. My department in January 1982 to October 1987 with the platysma flap and muscle flap to repair oral and maxillofacial tumor resection or trauma soft tissue defects in 24 cases, and achieved good shape and functional effects, are reported below :
